This December we gather in Malmö for two unique evenings exploring desire, polarity, and vulnerability as pathways into deeper intimacy.
One evening is for women, one for men, each a safe, powerful space to explore how heart and sexuality can be reunited, and how communication, expression, and presence create trust and attraction.

This evening is for women who want to understand what men truly long for, and how intimacy grows when the heart and sexuality are not divided, but connected.
We explore:
🔥 Desire – how men relate to sexual energy and how it becomes whole when connected to the heart
🌿 Polarity – the natural dance between feminine and masculine, and how it creates freedom and attraction
💬 Communication – how men hear and feel women, and how honesty can deepen trust
💚 Expression – how to voice longings and needs in a way that invites intimacy
🌙 Heart & sexuality – how feminine presence can invite men into safety, truth, and connection

🌲 Saturday, December 6 – For Men
This evening is for men who long to explore how we can create safety for ourselves and the women around us.
We learn to carry desire with clarity and respect, to meet our sexual energy as sacred, and to discover how intimacy grows when our sexuality is connected to our heart.
We explore:
🔥 Desire – meeting your sexual energy as a sacred life force, guided by the heart
🌿 Polarity – understanding the natural differences between masculine and feminine, and how they create attraction and trust
💬 Communication – how women receive us, and how we can listen and speak with presence
💚 Expression – voicing needs, longings, and boundaries in a way that creates safety and openness
🌙 Heart & sexuality – how our presence and our body can hold both power and tenderness

We open with grounding, move into practices, and close in a circle of sharing where we witness each other in the safe space we create together.
