Join us for an afternoon of cuddles, connection, and nervous-system co-regulation.
This is more than a cuddle party—it is a guided journey into nervous-system co-regulation and consensual platonic touch.
We will begin with playful, somatic games that explore non-verbal consent and nervous system co-regulation, easing us into trust and attunement. There will be opportunities for:
- Many-handed healing touch
- Slow-motion contact dance
- Platonic affection & oxytocin boosts
- Space to soften, be held, and co-regulate together
From there, we’ll gently flow into a structured cuddle-puddle.
Expect a cozy, connective atmosphere where your boundaries are honoured.
WHAT TO BRING:
– A yoga mat or soft base to lie on
– Optional: pillows and blankets for extra comfort
– Your water bottle
– Comfy clothes that allow movement & rest
