Drawing for Well-being Day is an initiative taking place on February 25, 2026, celebrating drawing as a powerful tool for enhancing mental health and creativity. Participants will explore a range of gentle, engaging activities— from short, mindful exercises and abstract pattern-making to more structured creations like collaging and mandalas.
This two-hour workshop emphasises the joy of the process rather than the final product, helping reduce stress, encourage emotional expression, and foster presence in a supportive small-group setting.
No experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore!
What's included in the price?
All creative art materials will be provided.
Refreshments are also included.
Free parking at the venue WMCC (West Maldon Community Centre).
