Rules of the Road with Aaron Charlwood!

This month's spotlight presentation will be presented by Aaron Charlwood. Aaron has many talents and one of them is promoting bike safety for all. He is a League of American Bicyclists certified instructor. As you can tell from the title of the presentation (Rules of the Road), we will be going through things we should know as bicyclists, but this will also be helpful as drivers. One of my favorite rules we will review is whether or not it is okay for someone to bike on the sidewalk. Let's discuss this as a hive mined :-)
