This introductory session is designed for anyone interested in applying to live at Ginn Road or future People Purpose Place homes. It gives you a clear, practical look at how collaborative co-living works and what is involved in becoming a resident.

Over four hours, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✅ Meet our wonderful Darren Finlay, founder of People Purpose Place, and hear the story behind the project.
✅ Learn what collaborative co-living is and how it works day to day.
✅ Build practical communication tools based on Nonviolent Communication principles (nvcaustralia.com).
✅ Explore the clear pathway to becoming a resident.
✅ Ask questions and get honest answers in a supportive, small-group setting.
✅Jana and Jenny will be available to chat and answer any questions. You are welcome to arrive a little earlier or stay after the session if you would like extra time to talk.
This session is an important part of the application process and will help you decide whether Ginn Rd is the right fit for you.
