Sound Bites

If you feel like slowing down a little in the middle of the week and connecting with like-minded people, you’re very welcome to join us 🌱

Wednesday (Feb 4 & 18 ) I’m hosting another Sound & Bites — a gentle after-work pause with breathing, meditation, a sound bath, followed by plant-based bites at 📍Reviv Café.

Nothing heavy, nothing intense — just time to lie down, reset, and ease into the rest of the week 🤍

🕖 7:15–8:30 PM
🎟️ €22 pre-signup / €25 on the day
Bring a yoga mat or blanket + something comfy.
