Dhamma Sharing with Bhante Kovida

Bhante Kovida grew up in Jamaica and later moved on to Canada where he studied science.

His spiritual journey led him through India and Nepal studying yoga, meditation and Buddhism under Ven. Balangoda Anandamaitreya.

Bhante Kovida has since taught the Dhamma across Asia, Europe and North America. He also conducts mindfulness and qigong sessions to help ease stress, anxiety and depression.
