Friday Night Fun – keiki social – Ages 6-12

Friday Night Fun is a keiki social and a night off for parents. Parents get a chance to relax while we give keiki an evening of joyful movement and supervised social interaction. Ages 6 to 12 gather with Coach Gabe from Mindful Martial Arts for grappling, games, and lessons in respectful interaction..

With coach Gabe and his team, your keiki 6-12 years will enjoy…

▪ Interactive games and free rolling for extra fun
▪ Hands-on self-defense and jiu-jitsu fundamentals
▪ Fun, safe, and supervised by experienced instructors
▪ Building confidence and fostering friendships in a safe space
