Talk2mebro Breathwork & Icebaths

This over 18s event will kick off with a share from a Talk2mebro Custodian who has experienced the damaging effects of suicide in their life.
It then moves into a guided breathwork session and wraps up with the opportunity for ice baths.

This is open to all players, family members and partners 18+ and is proudly offered free of charge by your Bushranger Committee 🤎🤍
