Regular, consistent Pilates practice is an excellent way to improve strength, overall health and wellbeing. We guarantee that you will complete the 6 weeks feeling fantastic, and you may even want to continue on with a Pilates membership (some previous participants have even started attending extra weekly sessions before their 6 week course has ended!).
