An unforgettable explosion of rhythm and ancestral fire.

Only a lucky few will experience Drums of Fire—a soul-shaking, open-air Afro-Caribbean ritual by NYC’s Tambor y Caña. With eight performers igniting the night through pounding drums, hypnotic movement, and vibrant choral calls, this one-night-only performance promises to awaken something primal in us all.

Staged in the intimate Mayan Plaza, space is extremely limited. Only those who reserve early will secure a spot, and early birds (before August 5) will receive a mystery gift.

This performance is completely free, in celebration of the 5th anniversary of Open Scene’s Latin Performing Arts Festival (FLAE). But don’t mistake this for a casual drop-in—it’s a rare cultural gift, offered to those curious enough to claim it.
