Welcome to the 50th Year Reunion of the Maitland Marist Brothers Year 10 Class of 1975!
I apologise for the late notice, but I’ve had a lot on my plate recently. Still, I didn’t want to let this milestone year slip by without getting us all together again.
We are booked in for Sunday lunch, 23 November, at the East Maitland Bowling Club from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm. If people want to stay longer, that’s fine — we can easily move downstairs to the rest of the bar afterwards.
I will also be contacting the Year 10 class from the Dominican Convent, who held a very successful reunion earlier this year, and I’ll be inviting them to join us as well.
Lunch will be around $39–$49 per head, and you can buy your own drinks. I need a minimum of 60 people to make it happen, with a minimum spend, so please respond as soon as possible.

• Your name, phone number, and email address so I can add you to the reunion contact list.
• Please reach out to any of our Year 10 classmates from Marist Brothers or the Dominicans you’re still in touch with and encourage them to come along and send me their details
• Once I have final numbers, I’ll send out bank account details for payment and a link to our Facebook group.
I know we’ve traditionally held the reunion on the first Saturday in November, but this year that falls on 1 November, and the Club was completely booked out. Sunday lunch seemed a relaxed and fitting alternative — and hopefully will suit the large numbers I’m expecting.
As always, this is an inclusive group — so please feel free to invite anyone from our broader circle who’d like to catch up, provided you can give me names and confirmation so we can plan properly.
I’m really looking forward to seeing as many of you reprobates as possible — it’s been far too long since we’ve shared a laugh, a beer, and a few tall tales.
