Wrap Cake with whimsical Floral Spray

Make this gorgeous double height cake including whimsical flower spray.

This is such a gorgeous cake design and the course is exceptional value - it is like 2 for 1. You will spend the morning creating the floral spray and the afternoon creating and assembling the wrap cake.

Lots of new skills and very 'on-trend'. We will bake cakes for you, make the buttercream and the ganache - this course is all about the decorating.

How to:
- make wired berries
- make wired leaves
- make a whimsy rose
- make artistic 'twigs'
- assemble the arrangement
- create a double height cake
- fill and crumb coat your cake
- use ganache for stability
- create the wrap
- ice the top of your cake.
- create the 'torn' effect
- paint highlight metallic colour
- assemble your cake
- store and transport your creation
