Gingerbread box cake

Decorate 2 x rich fruit cakes to make this delightful gingerbread box, spilling over with appeal!

How to:
- ice a cake board
- marzipan your cakes using the panel method.
- ice your cakes in sugarpaste
- use moulds
- use a range of cutters and techniques
- make an edible bow
- construct your cake 'lid'
- add ribbon to your cake board
- transport and store your cake
