��After another successful Young Minds event, I am so excited to announce our next date!��
There’s so much happening in the world right now, and I feel that young people, especially children and teenagers, don’t always have the right tools to manage their minds and wellbeing. ��
I want to offer sound baths as a gentle way to create calm, help them relax, and find a moment of peace in the chaos.
I would love to invite parents and children/teenagers to join me for a special sound bath experience designed for children aged 4 and over.
As we transition from the calm energy of winter into the new energy of spring, sound baths can be a gentle way to support your child in this seasonal shift.
A sound bath is a soothing session where children can relax and unwind as they listen to calming tones and vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls. This practice can help create a sense of inner peace, relaxation, and focus, perfect for nurturing young minds.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and any items that will help you and your child feel as comfortable as possible.
Some children bring sleeping bags and toys �
Tickets are £12, which covers entry for one parent and one child.
