Each ticket to A Bridgerton Ball at The Estate at River Run grants you access to an unforgettable evening of elegance, entertainment, and immersive delight:

• Live Regency-Era Music Begin your evening with enchanting melodies performed by live musicians, setting the tone for a night straight out of the pages of Lady Whistledown’s society papers.
• Dance Instruction & Grand Ballroom Revelry Learn the refined art of Regency dance with a guided group lessonfrom Fred Astaire Studios early in the evening, then enjoy both traditional and modern dancing as the evening unfolds—ending with a late-night DJ Set with DJ Frankie of Bunn DJ RVA set to keep the celebration going.
• Immersive Experiences Throughout the Estate Engage with costumed characters and elegant photo moments staged across the property—from grand staircases to sunset lit terraces. Get lost amongst the florals by Riverwood Designs.
• Charcuterie & Artisan Desserts Graze through beautifully styled grazing tables and dessert displays featuring cheeses, cured meats, fruits, petite sweets, and signature confections fit for royalty.
• Signature Cocktails & Beverages Enjoy a curated menu of Bridgerton-inspired cocktails and mocktails, featuring floral notes, botanical flavors, and elegant presentation. Three Hours of Open Bar (7 PM - 10 PM) are included and then a Cash Bar will be available.
• Access to The Bluestone Sunset Lounge Stroll the terrace and take in sweeping views of the James River at golden hour—a perfect moment for portraits, conversations, and quiet glamour.
• Event Keepsakes SV Fine Art will be onsite painting watercolor portraits for our esteemed guests.
• Professional Photography Your ticket ensures access to event photo galleries from the stunningly talented Renee Jean Photography post-event, and a few delightful surprises may await you as mementos of your evening in high society.

Guests are invited to don their finest Regency-era attire—think empire-waist gowns, corsets, gloves, cravats, waistcoats, and ornate accessories. Channel your inner duchess, duke, or debutante with period-inspired silhouettes and romantic details. While full costume is not required, it is most certainly admired.

For those preferring a more modern interpretation, formal black-tie attire is warmly encouraged. Elegant evening gowns, tuxedos, and tailored suits are welcome alternatives that still honor the grandeur of the occasion. Remember that Black-Tie does not mean you must wear black - color + creativity is highly encouraged!

💄 Makeup Application – $125 | Soft, flushed cheeks, dewy glass-like skin, delicate eyeliner, romantic eyeshadow hues, pencil brows, and defined lips and lashes—this period-inspired makeup look evokes the timeless beauty of the era with a modern, radiant twist.

💇‍♀️ Hairstyling – $125 | A romantic, Regency-inspired hairstyle featuring a braided crown, finished with delicate pearl or floral accents. Perfectly suited for tiaras, ribbons, or your signature ballroom look.
