Mindful Crochet - Texture & Pattern

This welcoming workshop offers a slow and thoughtful introduction to crochet. Starting with chain stitch, double crochet and treble crochet. You’ll learn how to hold your yarn and hook comfortably, master the basic stitches like chain, double and treble crochet, and discover how the repetitive motion of stitching can bring calm, focus and joy.

Whether you’ve never picked up a hook or want to reconnect with a creative hobby, this session is designed to support and inspire you. You’ll leave with a small piece of your own work, helpful guidance for practising at home, and a renewed appreciation for slowing down.

All materials are provided. No experience needed — just bring curiosity and a willingness to try something new. You'll leave with a new skill, a sense of calm, and the confidence to keep stitching.
