Beginner Sourdough Workshop

Join us for a Beginner Sourdough Class at the library. This class is perfect for anyone interested in learning the art of sourdough baking.

We'll learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter, the science behind sourdough fermentation, and tips and techniques for baking the perfect loaf. Attendees will be provided some starter and instructions to take home.
