Join us as we honor Sgt. 1st Class Todd C. Gibbs, who was killed in Khalidiyah, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Todd was the older brother of our very own Haptic member, Bret Gibbs. This workout is a tribute to his service, sacrifice, and legacy.

• 17 Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lb)
• 12 Bar Over Burpees
