9D Breathwork Journey - Reconnecting with your Inner Child

This experience is for those who feel disconnected from themselves due to the lingering pain of a wounded inner child—abandoned in order to survive life’s struggles. If you struggle with dissociation, avoidance, anxious attachment, or feeling fragmented, this journey is for you.

Attendees - Please note:

Don't eat heavily within two hours before event, you don't want to breath on a full stomach!

Bring a pillow & blanket for most comfort! (Mats will be provided, as well as small pillows and eye masks.)

Don't forget a water and some chapstick.
