2nd annual Festival of Trees

Here’s the next BIG Madras Community Food Pantry event… the 2nd annual “Festival of Trees!” The prime rib dinner & live auction is the evening of Friday Dec 5 with a Family Day on Saturday Dec 6. Great fun both days at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds. It’ll be the who’s who of Madras turning out. You won’t to miss it.

Please support the Pantry but help us celebrate our mission : “To help people out of poverty by alleviating hunger and food insecurity for those persons in Jefferson County and the surrounding area who are at risk.”

MCFP Board members will also be sponsoring one of our volunteers who are financially unable to afford a ticket to the event. It’s another way for our community to show its support- to recognize a volunteer for their dedication of helping someone in need.

Call (541) 325-1747 for tickets -individual seats or 1/2 tables of 4 or full tables of 8- or if you’d like to donate a decorated tree for auction or if you want to donate a Silent Auction item. But seriously… this is soooo much fun & the food (donated by the Forman Ranch & catered by Joe Davis of Black Bear Diner) is TO DIE FOR!
