Weekend Leadership Program for LGBTQ+ Community: Voice is Power

Your voice is power — and it’s time to claim it.

This immersive weekend retreat is an invitation for LGBTQ+ leaders, creatives, and community to gather in an affirming space to discover and strengthen the power of your voice in leadership.

Created by (Gestion TISEB Inc.) in collaboration with (Leading to Thrive), this transformational leadership program will help you reconnect with your authentic voice, explore your life purpose, and strengthen the way you lead in your life, work, and community.

In a time when the LGBTQ+ lives are facing increasing discrimination, this is a space for radical authenticity, courage, and collective healing.

Why This Retreat, and Why Now

Right now, queer and trans people are being targeted. It takes energy to keep showing up — for ourselves, for our communities, and for our values. This retreat is a space to lay down that weight, reconnect with yourself, and remember that your voice is power.

Come because:

  • You’ve been navigating a world that wasn’t built for queer brilliance, and you deserve a space where your whole self is welcome.
  • You’re tired of second-guessing your instincts and playing small.
  • You want to claim your voice and values as a leader — whether in your work, your community, or your personal life.
  • You’re craving authentic queer community, healing, and joy.

What You’ll Walk Away With
  • A renewed connection to your authentic voice — the one that’s bold, clear, and rooted in who you truly are.
  • Clarity on your life’s mission and the kind of leader you want to be, both within and beyond the LGBTQ+ community.
  • New tools and practices for navigating fear, inner criticism, and societal expectations.
  • A personal leadership project or intention to bring back into your life and work.
  • A supportive community of queer changemakers who get it.
  • Rest, joy, and space to just be yourself — no explaining, no code-switching, no shrinking.

What This Retreat Includes
  • Shared overnight accommodations (Friday–Sunday) at the beautiful oceanfront Mercy by the Sea Retreat Center
  • 6 nourishing meals

Limited to 12 participants for an intimate, personalized experience.

  • Participant guidebook
  • Access to walking paths, meditation spaces, and outdoor gathering areas
