Thursday Morning Nordic Walking Group – Get out in nature and work out with a friendly community of Nordic enthusiasts. Meet at Elver Park Shelter at 8:30 am for a dynamic warm up, 50 minute vigorous walk on park trails with hills and then a cool-down stretch. Grab your poles and join us! More info at madnorski.org
