Every year after Labor Day, our popular Tailgate Bierock returns to the menu.
This year it makes its debut on Saturday Sept. 6, coinciding with the Badgers football game against Middle Tennessee.
It only appears on Badgers and Packers game days, so make sure to plan accordingly.
It's stuffed with diced bratwursts, cheese curds, sauerkraut and onions inside our freshly-baked bread dough.
It's then complemented by a side of our house-made Sriracha Mayo dipping sauce.
And we partner with local businesses to make this creation come to life. We source our cheese curds from Carr Valley while the brats come from neighboring Beef Butter BBQ.
We'll have the game on our big projection screen TV with kickoff at 3:00 p.m.
The Badgers will look to begin the season on a winning streak before having to travel to Alabama the following week.
Customers can enjoy multiple food specials we'll have during the game.
We'll also have complimentary shots every time the Badgers hit paydirt!
Customers may want to make note that the Tailgate Bierock is available as soon as doors open at 11:00 a.m. and is available all game long.
It will also be on the menu for the Packers season opener on Sunday Sept. 7 as well.
