This year’s tale is HINKY THE CHICKEN HEAP, a cockles-warming fable about a pile of lab-grown chicken tissue that opens its purple eye and waddles through Madison, WI looking for the spirit of Xmas. Featuring all-original, brand-new songs, circus antics, trombone trouble, and audience participation, the BEEF crew aim to make this the best holiday pageant ever. With support and simulcasting and disc-spinning by WORT 89.9 FM's PSYCHOACOUSTICS crew, this show will be spewed all over the airwaves.
Milwaukee's Xposed 4Heads is a high-energy fun rock band that performs quirky original songs with costumes, props, themes of sci-fi and a witty sense of humor. Their music is played on SiriusXM, college and indie stations across the US. Their music videos are screened in film festivals all over Earth. X4 live shows will make you dance and laugh. Last summer they opened for Devo at Summerfest and have played DEVOtional, Sputnik Fest, MetroJam, Pride Fest, Brady Street Festival and many more.
