The band features Austin Cebulske (saxophones), Doug White (keyboards), Tom McCarty (vocals, bass) and Jim Huwe (drums).
Austin Cebulske, fruit of the great St. Louis, MO jazz scene, performs with great clarity, energy and swinging style throughout the midwest. A stellar sax improviser and all-round musician, he engages every audience.
Doug White, with decades of gigging in Madison, provides smooth and vibrant textures for the quartet. He freshly interprets songs on the acoustic and electric pianos and Hammond organ. He's a veteran of funk with Clyde Stubblefield, the "funky drummer" who created James Brown funk.
Tom McCarty enriches songs through vocals and electric bass. Deeply grounded in the soul, rock and blues traditions, Tom brings emotion and groove to every piece.
Jim "Groovy" Huwe, a veteran of the Madison music scene, swings, funks and grooves all night.
