A long road to the September Hootenanny leads to a short road to the October one!
Since it is too early for a Halloween Theme,* I'm hauling out the old picture of Prince being sexy in the Forest and celebrating the Harvest and the Changing of the Leaves.
Y'all know how we roll; an eclectic array of talented performers, a passel of scintillating spectators, and the gorgeous North Street Cabaret with its panoply of inexpensive libations.
"Universal Liberation Through Creative Self-Actualization" is our motto and a rocking good time for all is our goal.

*While it isn't super close to Halloween, we shall still be being our usual Pagan-tastic selves. So feel free to wear a costume or get as spooky as your little heart desires!

Michael Hollywood recently returned to Wisconsin after 3 decades in Chicago. He has experience as a Standup Comic, Storyteller, Musician, Performance Poet, Lecturer, Tour Guide, and Writer (amongst other things). He is co-author of a book about Chicago Filmmaking and a graduate of DePaul University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He considers Live Performance to be a sacred activity and takes a special joy in helping others to connect with their own creativity.
