Full Moon Flow & Moon Milk Mix

Come learn a slow flow yoga moon salutation with Crystal Jackson, and then make your own moon milk mix for better rest & to ease your stress.

Each participant will take home a dry moon milk mix of spices and adaptogens which are associated with better sleep, less stress, reduced inflammation, and cognitive health.
