Dining in the Dark is an experiential dinner that challenges attendees to rethink the importance of vision in the food experience. Guests are blindfolded during the majority of the multi-course meal. After dinner, staff from the Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired will lead a discussion about experiencing dining and cooking relying on senses other than sight.
