Join Kate Bartley, author of the new book The Good Girl Rx, for a powerful, heart-centered evening of honest conversation designed for the women who do it all — helpers, healers, caregivers, business leaders, and those holding everything together at work or home.
If you’ve ever found yourself overriding your needs, minimizing your pain, or silencing your voice to keep the peace — this is for you!
Together, we’ll name and gently unravel the Good Girl Traps— the invisible patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, guilt, perfectionism, and self-neglect that leave so many strong women overwhelmed and running on empty.
Through story, reflection, and embodied practices, we’ll explore how these cultural and internalized pressures quietly drain your energy, take a toll on your health, sabotage your relationships, undermine your confidence, and hinder the life of impact and fulfillment you were made to enjoy.
