Info: You are welcome to arrive early and check in. We will distribute vision board kits. Light refreshments will be available for mingling and networking.
Info: As your host, I will welcome you and introduce the purpose of the workshop. This will include a brief overview of the agenda and what to expect. I'll kick off with an icebreaker activity: "Your Homeownership Why".
Info: During this guided activity, I will help you start creating your vision boards. We will discuss how vision boards can help clarify and visualize goals. We will provide tips and prompts for designing a homeownership-focused vision board. You will enjoy music and a relaxed atmosphere to inspire your creativity.
Info: Your Mortgage Specialist and I will lead an interactive discussion covering the steps to homeownership, mortgage basics and financing options, tips for saving and credit readiness, common pitfalls and how to avoid them. This will be followed by a Q & A session to address your questions.
Info: You will be welcome to share highlights of your vision boards (optional). You can meet 1-on-1 for a Mortgage Pre-Qualification with the Mortgage Specialist. We will have an open discussion about your goals and next steps. This opportunity will allow you to connect with other like-minded attendees, me as your real estate agent, and the mortgage specialist.
Info: We will recap our key takeaways from the workshop. You will have the option to take actionable steps toward your homeownership goals by scheduling a complimentary 1-on-1 homebuying consultation. We will announce upcoming events and opportunities to stay connected.
