Invite deep soulful ease into your Sunday with Yoga at the Rose Room.Rachel Bass will guide agrounding, all - levels practice designed to nourish body and soul. A gentle pace and steady cues will give you the space to unwind stress, invite ease in the breath, and build confidence in your body. Connect with your friends after practice over a drink (or two).
Tickets must be purchased to attend. Attendees will recieve 1 craft cocktail (or mocktail) upon finishing the class.
