14-day brined, USDA Angus Brisket, smoked until fork-tender. Served on rye bread and topped with melted swiss and sauerkraut!
...About as traditional as it gets!

We’ll, of course, also have our Smokehouse menu everyday, including the BEST BRISKET and BRUNSWICK in town!!
