Level 1 - No Contact.
Only Positional Blocking is allowed; intentional contact with an opponent is prohibited.
This never disappoints to be the most fun. Build on your agility, juking skills, and track awareness. Perfect for your up and coming skaters that are ready to get on the track but have not passed assessments and contact eligible. Perfect first scrimmage experience for any skater!
Level 2 - Lean and Push.
Only Lean Blocking is allowed; initiating Forceful Contact is prohibited. Lean Blocking requires
gentle initiation of contact, then players may apply force to legal Target Zones with legal Blocking Zones.
Must be contact eligible as per your league standards.
Level 3 - Full Contact.
All contact otherwise considered legal in The Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby is allowed.
Standard scrimmage requirements should be met in order to participate.
