Sign your child up for a 90-minute wellness workshop! While they’re actively engaged through yoga, mindfulness, & fun movement - you can enjoy a little time for you!

Parent supervision not required. Workshop led by certified yoga instructor and school counselor with over 10 years of educational experience.
