- Lights & S'more Bites, 6 pm - 8 pm at Poplar Street Park in front of NewTown Macon
We’ll have individually packaged s’mores materials, including marshmallows for roasting, in Poplar Street Park between Second Street and Third Street.
Along with s’mores, we are also collecting canned food to be donated to the Middle Georgia Community Food Bank. All donations are appreciated. Help make a difference in our community this year.
You can also visit the Robins Financial Credit Union tent, where you can mail a letter to Santa!
- Neel's Lofts Hard Hat Happy Hour, 418 Third Street, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
NewTown Macon invites you to Neel's Lofts for an exclusive Open House on Friday, December 5, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Enter at the entrance located on Third Street(418 Third Street) and enjoy beverages while learning about this new 95-unit luxury apartment complex.

Come celebrate in style at the Macon Arts Gallery for the 2025 Holiday Show! Ceramics, glass, wood, stationery, small paintings and more will be for sale, perfect for gift giving.

Join us for "Favorite Things," an exhibit of artwork for $100 & under, including holiday ornaments, ceramics, stained glass, fabric art, small paintings and more. Shop the exhibit, meet the artists, and enjoy refreshments.
- Wesleyan College Leadership Lab (522 Cherry St), 5-8 pm
The Leadership Lab presents "Small Suns," an exhibit of photography by Stephanie Dowda DeMer. Gallery talk at 6 pm.
Gallery West (447 3rd St), 5-9 pm
- Gallery West presents their Holiday Sale featuring various local artists and discounts on select Kirk West photos and canvas. Live music by Caroline Aiken and Friends.

- Emo Night Karaoke at the Hummingbird, 8 PM: We play, you sing live with the band on stage!
- Live at Loom First Fridays: Loom at Hotel Forty Five hosts live music, specials on food and drinks on their patio!
- The Brick, 8 pm, Santa Slam Trivia: Annual Christmas Trivia about all things SANTA in movies, TV, music, & more. Test your knowledge of the jolly old elf & his appearance throughout pop-culture history!
- Theatre Macon presents Disney's Frozen, The Broadway Musical, 8 pm: See downtown Macon's talented cast perform a musical for the beloved Disney movie. Frozen!
- Soul Spots: Soul Spots, presented by Bragg Jam and NewTown Macon, features live music from artists who play outside businesses every First Friday. This month catch Blessed B33ZY at Fresh Produce Records (5-7PM) and CC Witt on the Loom Patio at Hotel 45 (6-8PM)! JBA sponsors this event.
