Cancellation Policy
A £50 per person, non returnable deposit is required to book your retreat.
Payment is made via instalments, depending on how far ahead you book.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your retreat. You can pay via bank transfer or card.
Cancellation 8 weeks or less prior to your retreat, will incur a fee of 50% of the total retreat cost.
Cancellation of 4 weeks or less prior to your retreat, will incur a fee of 100% of the total retreat cost.
We advise you have holiday insurance to cover any cancellation due to illness or injury. Should we have to cancel, you will be refunded in full.
