On 6/28/2025, Rob was in a very traumatic motorcycle accident. He was Mercy Flighted to ECMC, where he spent several weeks in the Trauma ICU with multiple life threatening injuries. Rob went through multiple surgeries, resulting in extensively high bills. Rob and wife Amy (a valued & huge asset as a nurse of 30+ years at the Pines Nursing Home in Machias) are both out of work while Rob is recovering. The Pines family is asking for help for one of their own.
