About Dance Temple
Dance Temple is a regular dance and movement space — where body, breath, and beat become prayer.
We gather three Sundays each month at the Machans Beach Community Hall to move, feel, and remember the language of the body.
Guided by Lisa, each session invites you to come home to your body, awaken your inner rhythm, and move with what’s real. Here, movement becomes medicine. The dance floor becomes a temple where all parts of you are welcome — your joy, your grief, your wildness, your stillness.
Come as you are.
All bodies and expressions are welcome. Move at your own pace, honour your body’s wisdom, and follow your sovereign flow.

What to Expect
We enter in silence, leaving shoes at the door.
Set your belongings aside, find your space, and begin to stretch, move, and drop inward.
Each session unfolds intuitively — fluid, responsive, and in rhythm with the energy of the day.
We may close in circle, reflection, or reverent silence — always in deep respect for what wants to move through us.
Expect to move freely, connect with your body, and let rhythm guide your practice.
