Have you wanted to start running? Is 2026 the year you start your running journey?

Well we have great news!! The MRRC Start Running Group (SRG) program commences the week beginning 9th February 2026.

The SRG is a gentle, supportive program to help you run, in a nine week program, 5 kilometres.
