Hot Topics & Cool Support - Menopause Workshop Full Day Event.

I am beyond excited to announce the lineup for our Hot Topics & Cool Support menopause event — and let me tell you, it’s hotter than a peri flush at 2am! 🔥 We’ve got the Dr. Anne Peterson, from The Ranges Medical Centre and a member of the Australasian Menopause Society joining us to chat all things Peri, Meno & Post-Meno (because why suffer in silence when we can overshare in solidarity?). Dr. Danielle Slade of Zenkai will sprinkle some wisdom on acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine — needles and herbs never sounded so soothing. Then there’s Pip, from Pause With Pip, our Menopause Coach and all-round guru, ready to serve up lightbulb moments, truth bombs, and a few laughs along the way. And to bring it home, Marye from Maiaveda will introduce us to Ayurvedic therapies and wrap the day up with a blissful Sound Bath Meditation — yes please!

The day kicks off at 8:30am for registration and a 9am start and goes all the way through to 5pm, so come dressed for comfort, bring your curiosity, and maybe a waistband with some give — because we’re keeping you fed with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. It’s going to be a big day of real talk, real support, and real snacks.
