Singing for Health

Come along to The Venue on Wednesday 24 September and Wednesday 22 October from 2:30pm - 3:30pm for an inspiring and uplifting singing session with the brilliant Helen Fehilty. Helen is specially trained to support people with conditions such as Parkinson’s through singing and her sessions are full of fun vocal exercises, group singing and musical challenges like singing in rounds. Expect laughter, energy, and a sense of achievement as the group warms up their voices and enjoys singing together. Free to attend and new faces welcome.
