🦇📚 QUEER BOOK CLUB: CARMILLA 📚🦇

🦇 Join us for a gothic queer classic! This month, we’re reading Carmilla, a short 19th-century novella that predates Dracula and helped shape the vampire myth as we know it. It’s full of gothic atmosphere, sapphic tension, and plenty of themes to spark conversation.

📚 About the Book
Written in 1872, Carmilla is one of the earliest works of vampire fiction, centring on the mysterious Carmilla and her intense relationship with young Laura. It’s a tale of desire, secrecy, and the supernatural, and has become a touchstone for queer readings of gothic literature.
