“Every time I go into Macclesfield, I see people sleeping rough on the streets. This makes me feel cloudy like a thunderstorm and makes me want to support them.” – Clove, age 8

“When I see homeless people I feel sad and wish I could help everyone. Everyone deserves to have a safe home. We’re only little—but we can do BIG things to help!” – Toby, age 8

On Sunday 14th September, Clove and Toby will be running from Bollington Viaduct to Macclesfield—and maybe even back again!—to raise money for Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

They’ve been training hard at Junior Parkrun and would love your support on the day.

🎉 How you can get involved:

Come and cheer them on along the route!

Bring a few coins to pop in their donation buckets.

Join them for part of the run if you fancy it!
