Taster Days Jazz

Conservatorium Maastricht’s bachelor’s and master’s programmes in Jazz Music offer the perfect opportunity to elevate your skills! Join our Taster Days to experience life as a jazz student firsthand.

During the Taster Days, you'll be paired with a current jazz student and follow their daily schedule, attending lessons and events across various study tracks. This immersive experience provides a comprehensive look at the programme and a chance to explore the vibrant atmosphere of our Jazz Department, helping you decide if Jazz Music is the right path for you. For the 2025-2026 academic year, we’re hosting two Taster Days, and you’re welcome to attend one or both. (Note: It’s possible to request leave from your current institution to participate in a Taster Day.)

The detailed schedules will be shared soon, with sessions likely including:
- 1-on-1 lessons
- Group theory and practical lessons
- Presentations by students and faculty
- Masterclasses
