This presentation explores multimedia projects that center on the art of photography as a tool for deeper reflection. The works highlight how photography can guide existential quests. Each project invites viewers to contemplate reality beyond appearances. Through images, sound, and narrative, the projects create spaces for meditation and meaning-making. Ultimately, they demonstrate photography’s power to connect inner experience with the external world.

Through his long-term photography projects, Aymen investigates the intricate relationship between observation and the essence of being. His work questions whether we can truly see the world as it is — free from the constraints of memory and thought.

Aymen Mohamed is an Artist Protection Fund Fellow.
