Whether you are a Spinning® Instructor, aspiring instructor or enthusiast: the fourth Spinning® Inspiration Days Edition themed ESX (European Spinning® Experience) is YOUR weekend with a handful of our European Master Instructors and packed with rides, lectures & workshops. The perfect place to learn together with like-minded people, network, meet old friends or make new ones and to get inspired both on and off the Spinner® bike.

Saturday
Create your own programme from 6 different one-hour sessions:
you can choose from 6 rides, 3 workshops, 5 lectures and the 2-hour training course ‘Stage Presence for Spinning® Instructors’.
Of course, you can also choose all 6 rides if you only want to ride. (Lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., lunch package included)
Sunday
Create your own programme from 3 different one-hour sessions:
you can choose from 3 rides, 2 lectures and the 2-hour training course ‘Power Training Design for Spinning® Instructors’.
Of course, you can also choose all 3 rides if you only want to ride.
