​The Alchemical Journey:

• ​Friday: Arrival & Release: We begin by grounding in our bodies within a sacred opening circle. As night falls, a potent Fire Ritual invites us to offer old stories to the flames, creating space for the new.
• ​Saturday: Reclamation & Rebirth: A day of deep transformation. We move through an Emotional Alchemy breathwork session, explore relational patterns with Shadow & Mirror Work, and reawaken our sensory intelligence in a blindfolded X Senses Lab. The day culminates in a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and a profound Rebirth Breathing Journey.
• ​Sunday: Integration & New Beginnings: We turn to the future. Through a "Meet Your Inner Lover" meditation, a Forgiveness Ritual, and a powerful Future Self Activation, we integrate our lessons and declare our commitment to a new chapter with a closing rose ceremony.
