This interactive evening presents key insights and outcomes from the DaMitt project, which investigates how data-driven methods, human judgement, and spatial configurations interact in organisational decision-making.
Rather than following a traditional symposium format, the event is designed as an open, hands-on setting. Short impulse inputs are combined with experiential elements that invite participants to actively engage with decision situations and reflect on how choices are shaped not only by data and tools, but also by spatial layouts, information framing, and situational cues.
Several parts of the evening are deliberately designed to make the influence of spatial configurations on decision-making directly tangible. Participants will be invited to explore and discuss different decision environments, including demonstrations of the project’s interactive decision table and hybrid spatial setups developed and tested during the research phase.
Food, drinks, and informal networking opportunities will be available throughout the evening.
The event is conceived as an exploratory and playful space for exchange between research, industry, and policy. A detailed programme will follow.
