In the past edition, this led to a significant number of no-shows, while several interested peers ended up on the waiting list without a ticket. Hence, we kindly ask you to cancel your ticket if your plans change and you cannot come.
Moreover, in the week of September 30 to October 6, we will ask you again to confirm your participation via a Google form that will be sent to your email.
If you do not confirm, we may give your ticket to someone from the waiting list. We hope for your understanding.
